Here are some typical problems found once all the tiles are stripped off.
They include:
Gaps in the original brickwork especially the corners.
Walls that are not joined correctly in the corners.
No steel work inbetween the inner and outer walls.
Only a single wall
Floors put in after the walls are complete.
Tiles stripped off to reveal weak cement and holes gaps in joining walls
Walls made sound and rendered to seal ready for glass fibre work
Fibre applied under tiles for complete wall seal
Pool filled with water, waiting for final clean through and customer handover
